Yellow tang dying?

Hey guys so um my yellow tang has been acting really weird these past few weeks he sits in his little cave almost all day and I don’t see him come out to eat pellets only his nori and frozen food he has also started breathing rapidly and has almost these white bruise marks on the bottom of his belly and head

Start with water:
Ammonia and nitrate level ??

Skin- Any black dots or white dots? Any red blotches?

Poop - Is it normal or white and stringy?

Lower white light s to reduce stress
increase oxygen if youre able to
Do a 1-20% water change

Nitrates are high but I can’t get them down all the tank inhabitants have been fine with it for almost 5 months now he’s just started showing these signs

Try a water change and add chemiPure Blue which will lower phos and nitrates gradually
