Yellow Tang fins erosion

Has everyone experienced this happening to your yellow tang? Seems his top and bottom find are eroding almost as if something is pecking at them. My only other fish are 2 black/white Damsel fish.

Damsels can be little boogers. Surprising the amount of damage they can do. Can you separate the tang from the damsels? Eggcrate divider perhaps just to see if they are the problem.
