Yellow Tang Goes Nuts!

My Yellow Tang that I've had for almost two years just started going crazy when I came home from work today. He is usually very peaceful and normal. Today he is being very aggressive, swimming sideways and sometimes upside down and generally going nuts. I checked water and everything seems alright, the rest of my fish are being completely normal. I haven't made any changes to the tank in almost two months. When he slows down his body looks fine, no noticeable parasites or injuries. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? ive experienced fish doing this after they have been stung or poisoned. do you have any venomous or poisonous fish in the tank? My red coris wrasse did something similar after being too greedy with my tube anemone... swam like this for about an hour then came to and was fine.

Wow..... That's crazy! I hope comes out of it ok! Almost seems like when we get an inner ear infection and lose our sense of balance.

Thanks for the quick feedback. I don't think I have anything poisons in the tank. I have two puffers (Dog Face & Porcupine) but there both alive and swimming fine. I believe they are only poisonous if eaten? Maybe he ate something growing on the live rock? I didn't feed him yesterday and he was fine. He ate some romaine lettuce two days ago. Possibly I didn't wash it well enough?
