As if it putted on lipstick, he has been on qt with cupper sulfate for almost 3 weeks in a 25 gallon, hes close to 4", should i be worried? What should i do? What IS IT? Should i fix it?

Can you post a picture and/or a short video? Redness on the skin of YT during QT is pretty common, but not specifically the lips. Did this appear suddenly? Could the YT have gotten spooked and run into something?
