I was wondering if anyone out there can help me figure out what is going on with my tang he is eating like crazy and just got through 30 days of copper and is now being treated with prazipro. He has developed some rust colored blotches on his body.

I can't see the blotches very well in the pictures, but it does resemble something bacterial in nature. You can try something like kanaplex or Furan2 to clear that up. Dose every other day for 10 days minimum, doing a water change before each dose.

Have you done a water change recently? Abrupt increases in salinity can cause red markings on yellow tangs in particular

I just did a water change yesterday at the end the 30 days of copper I only bumped the water up from 34 to 35 ppm

Can I use either of those while dosing prazipro @melypr1985

Yes. Prazi is only needed in the water for 24 hours. After that a water change is fine to do. The antibiotics are going to be important and will need to be in the water constantly for at least 10 days.

Should I start antibiotics now and skip the second round of prazipro? Or can I wait on antibiotics until after second round of prazi. The spots are significantly smaller today.

It's hard to say. Bacterial infections can act in very unpredictable ways. If it's looking much better today, then finish out the prazi and see if they look all the way better by then. If it starts to get worse at all, then switch to antibiotics quickly. His own immune system may be able to fight it off. You can also add vitamins to his food to help boost his immune system.... vitachem, selcon are a good examples.

One more question for you @melypr1985 it has been over 24 hrs since I dosed prazi and my flame hawk is not eating and today I noticed he had a rather large stringy white poop is this a sign that the prazi is killing some intestinal worms I didn't know he had.

probably not. Prazi isn't great for intestinal worms. You'll want to feed metroplex + focus in all the fish's food to treat for that. You can do a water change right now to get the rest of the prazi out of the water. It doesn't need longer than 24 hours to do it's job.
