Yellow tang HLLE?

Hi guys, is my yellow tang developing HLLE (see attached two photos)? I'm noticing some skins peeling off his left eye. Not sure if it's a bacteria infection.

The juvenile yellow tang has been struggling to survive in my QT for the last couple of days...

Looks more like post-injury and possible bacterial infection
Give it the following:
-Freshwater dip
-Quarantine in maracyn 2 IF it worsens
-Offer healthy diet
- Assure good water quality

1. Freshwater dip: the fish is in a bad shape, can I postpone this once it's recovered a little bit more?
2. Is there any broad spectrum alternative to Maracyn 2? It's pretty difficult to get online.
