Yellow Tang Ich Possibility

I got a yellow tang about 2 weeks ago.. i don’t have a QT (i would love one but don’t have anywhere to put it). Anyways, I went on a week vacation and had my mom take care of the tank by just feeding.. I get back and i see a few spots on the tang as well as 1 cloudy eye. the white dots are small and pretty faint but they are there.

He is eating and acting fine.. parameters are
ph-8
temp-77
nitrite, nitrate, ammonia-0
salinity-1.027

tank mates are 2 clowns, diamond goby and pistol shrimp, and a cleaner shrimp

i feed a mixture of pellets, and frozen once a day, and nori 2 times a week

tank is a month and a half old

any recommendations on how to cure would be appreciated, thanks

Not convinced on ich but do keep an eye on the fish and others. Ich will move and multiply every 24 hours. Can be sand grain which i doubt, but fin ray issue which would be low concern.

Likewise, I can’t see any ich, but it is difficult to diagnose from pictures. This bears watching - like for salt grain sized white spots that come and go every few days, but generally increasing in numbers over time. You’ll also see white spots showing up on other fish.
