Yellow Tang Ich?

Hello Fellow Reefers! Today I noticed a white circle on my Yellow Tangs eye. Have had no issues and he's been happy for 3 year(Length of time hes been in my reef tank). It is protruding, therefore it leads me to believe it 's Ich. Beforeset up a quarantine tank do you believe it to be Ich as well? Thank you in advance for any help/Expertise!

That probably isn't Cryptocaryon (marine ich). If the spot stays in the same spot for more than 72 hours and no new spots show up, then that confirms it isn't ich.; Unless it shows some other symptoms, I wouldn't move it into a quarantine tank just yet.

If just one eye is involved, it is most likely a bump/scrape. If both eyes become involved, it may be skin flukes.
