This is a yellow tang I picked up from the LFS a few days ago. It's in my QT right now, and is being treated with PraziPro as a part of my regular procedure, but I have no clue what this infection is. I'd looked through this post which is super helpful

and only thought it looked like Lymphocystis yesterday, but its spread to a film like coating earlier today, and now looks just like the infected part of the fin fell off. Any help is appreciated for ID of the infection, and treatment.
The first photo is yesterday, the 2nd is from early this morning, the third is from about half an hour ago.
