Yellow Tang - Orange marks

Hi

Does anyone have any idea what us wring with our yellow tang? It has developped alot of orange marks on it over the last 2 days!! It is eating fine and behaving normally.
I have attached a picture ( apologies best one i could get)

That said, this is what I call septicemia. I see it a lot in yellow tangs and sharks - it seems to be a stress reaction. The severity of the problem depends on what is causing the stress, thus the need for background info.

Thanks for the reply. Everything in tank is fine all tests, salinity etc. We've made no change in food habits. The yellow tang has always been in there with a rabbit fish. Approx 5 weeks ago we introduced a lipstick tang. For the first 5 days or so there was a bit of a battle between the 2 tangs and rabbit fish but that stopped. Other than this no idea at all any advice would be great

That may have been the stressor that instigated this. However, there could be a bacterial component to this - if the redness is spreading that long after he event, you might need to consider treating the tang n a hospital tank with gram negative antibiotics.
