Yellow Tang possibly stung by BTA?

Has anyone had a tang stung by a BTA? If so, what were the symptoms? He was swimming around and eating just fine 2 hrs ago and seems to be dead now I am questioning the bruise like area above his eye.

Tangs startle easily and I have a suspicion that it crashed into glass and in a sense of speaking, knocked itself out

Generally anemone sting followed by black dots known as black ick on the body

I had it in a basket for an hour and no movement or breathing
