Just got a baby yellow tang and was getting beat up by clowns. There's spot that is not a yellow(above head and front part of the top fin).
Any idea about this???? Stress????

If he was getting beaten up by the clowns it's possible that could be a spot the clowns picked at and has become infected. Best bet would be to get him into qt and start antibiotic treatments and see if it improves. @Maritimer any suggestions?

Any recommendation for antibiotics??

That’s definitely an infection.

Remove the fish and add to a quarantine (these meds aren’t reef safe and they’re too expensive to dose in an entire DT).

Treat with an acriflavin bath, then treat with the “trifecta” (kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2) to cover a broad spectrum. Treat for 14 days.

If it’s worsened quickly, it could be gram negative in which case time is not your friend. You should move quickly with any infection.

Good luck, here’s the full write-up:
