We had high nitrates couple in the 100s and ~3 phosphates several weeks back, but it was bought down by a series of 20% water changes weekly and using NO3-PO4-X. Now the tank parameters are
Ammonia = 0
Nitrites = 0
Nitrates =0
PO4= 0.36
Temp 78.6

Yellow Tang was not eating since Sunday and developed some red spots last night. He is getting more dots all over (see pics)and his condition is getting worse. What can I do... Please help

Not an expert but looks like it has fin rot as well as a bacterial infection. I also kinda see a pinched stomach.
You will need to treat in qt with an antibiotic cocktail of furan2, kanaplex and metroplex.
I would act quickly with treatment. Hope some of the experts chime in with a better diagnosis @Humblefish.

Thanks both. I started treating with Antibiotics....but unfortunately he didn't make it[emoji853]
