1 scoop of GC + 1 scoop of Focus mixed into 1 tablespoon of frozen or pellets

When you said he got stuck to the filter, I kind of assumed he was a goner. I would not pull him, give him to his last breath. Hopefully there is a small chance he can come back, but most likely he won't.
