Yellow Tang with Internal Dots

Hi everyone,

Has anyone seen this before? My Yellow Tang has white dots on him. It is not ich because it isn't on his skin it looks like its happening inside him. i also have a ich free system. Any clue what this is?

Hard to tell because of the coloration, but that looks like ich, if the specs are white. They look blue, but I think that may be because of the lighting in the picture.

yeah i know it can look like it, but usually ich is a ball on the fish. when i flash a big light on the fish you cant notice any white dots. only can see when the blues are on and again it looks like its on the inside of the fiish
