yellow tang with spots...

Hello everyone i have a 20g bare bottom quarantine with internal sponge filter setup permanently.
Before 11 days i put a yellow.T in it,
The fish was clean and feed him well
for 4 days(eating flakes now),then
i start prazipro and after 7 days
(yesterday)i dose second round of
prazi at 9:00am without WC .At 9:00pm the fish has white spots on front fins(i thing its velvet),and start a carbon reactor to absorb prazi because tomorrow i want to do 25%WC and start CP treatment, and i am afraid for bacterial bloom.
Is 15 hours with carbon enough?
any thoughts ..

Yes, but remove carbon before dosing CP.

everything is ok with the fish, but yesterday i had seen a very slow flow rate at the filter(just a small amount of water pass)and i had fix the problem positioning the sponge better in the filter.
today i test for ammonia and i see
0.25 with API, probably from filter mess up and overfeeding.
now i am thinking to do 24l WC with CP predossing. But i have on my hands prime and stability.
Can i use them? and how?

You can safely use both chemicals with CP; however most of the nitrifying bacteria found in Stability will be zapped as soon as it hits the CP water.
