My tang that has been in QT now going on 5-6 weeks has a white spot that just appeared on its eye.

So far has been through 2 prazi treatments.
Two weeks into QT suffered from what appeared to be a bacterial infection and cleared up on own.

Any thoughts? I have never noticed any kind of flashing behavior. Fish seems extremely healthy otherwise with a good appetite.

Furan2 or Sulfaplex (Triplesulfa) work well on bacterial infections of the eye.

If it's been through that many treatments of prazi, chances are it's bacterial.
Would Ich most likely have presented itself by now?

My quarantine was previously a baby Clownfish grow out and I am wondering if it needs to sterilized since this is the second potential bacterial infection for this fish.

ICH and Velvet usually present within 3-4 weeks so you should be good.

I’ve had Velvet pop up at least twice now at the 3 week mark! Not 1 sign of it before that. I mean none. It likes to wait a while before it wrecks DT’s. ICH usually comes on a lot quicker. Most of the time within the 1st couple weeks.
