Yellow tang with white spots

Just recently noticed that my yellow tang has these light white spots. And I don’t think it’s ich to big to be ich. And I have tried to catch it and I’ve spent hours trying to get it. Any suggestions would be great

Can you see if they are on the same place or if they move around.

A picture in white light could be a help too.

Hard to tell but they look like flukes. Can you do a fresh water dip to confirm?

It is difficult to judge but some of them looks like it is pigment changes IMO. Is it possible to get a sharp picture of one of the spots? "What are your own thoughts. Does it looks like any outside attached organisms or changes in the inside?

Definitely inside I will try and get it in a fresh water dip I will replay when I get him
