My yellow tang sometimes lies on his side at the bottom of the tank. Why does he do this

I don't think that's a good sign. I'd start by getting your water tested and maybe feeding an anti-bacteria or anti-parasitic food. Good luck. I hope he is ok.

I've only seen the blue hippo tang do that, no other tang

My blue tang does that all the time and lately my sailfin has been copying him. Should only be when spooked or when lights out . Just watch gills if breathing really fast then it can be that something is bothering it .

What's wrong with my clownfish. He has white spots and his tall is messed up

This guy should be slapped on the wrist. There is a difference on being new and doing what he's doing, or otherwise he's doing this to get a rise. He started the tank around the beginning of January. So far he's had two clowns a yellow tang, a Mandarin, three Chromis, and an anemone. Asked what to fees the Mandarin, asked about problems relating to cycle not finished, all he fish are diseased, etc.

If he's who I think he is. Every bit of advice I gave them they threw out window. You know I take pride in my tank took years to get where it is and I just started adding corals. This **** takes time. We are messing with living creatures. I'll smack him in the wrist!
