My tang still has some white spot and im told that its not ich and doesnt looked to be bothered. No scraping no heavy breathing and still eating like crazy. I want to get more fish what should i do i also got a cleaner shrimp.

Could it be Marine Velvet? Do you have any photos? You are going to want to get him into quarentine. I would avoid adding any more fish until you get this figured out.

My other fish are fine but here are some pics

It looks like this but not nearly as many spots

Can you describe the "white spots"? Ich will look like sprinkled sugar or salt, and if you look closely enough the spots will appear to be under the skin. Marine velvet is similar, but the fish is often completely covered in them. Fish with marine velvet can also be sensitive to light (so the fish will hide behind/under a rock), and will try to swim into the flow of a powerhead to relieve symptoms in their gills. Also look for heavy breathing.

It looks like little grains of sand but there are only a couple no heavy breathing and he is swimming around like normal

And not swimming into flow

It's probably ich then; unless it actually is grains of sand stuck to his skin (which happens if you have a fish/critter in your tank that likes to kick up the sand.)
