HLLE for sure.

Keeping pristine water and add Zoecon to food. This should help the fish to heal. That's a moderate case and he may have some permanent markings.

Vita chem and Selcon are also good to add to food for general health. I have noticed the most improvement and effectiveness once adding Zoecon though for HLLE.

HLLE. Good high quality frozen or live food. Mix some Zoecon in with frozen food. Zoecon was developed to treat HLLE.
