Yellow watchman goby acting weird

I’ve had him for about 2 years. Last couple of days he comes out when I feed but he eats the food then spits it out which he usually doesn’t do. Then he starts swimming at the back glass. It’s really strange I haven’t seen him do this before.

Anyone have a similar experience?

I was rearranging my live rock a month ago and my watchman who never really leaves his den was swimming all around the tank and acting weird for a few days. Now things are normal. Was he stressed out recently?

Not that I know of. He only does the weird swim against the back glass thing when I get close to the tank.
