Yellow Watchman Goby - Aragonite sand bed depth?

I’m thinking about getting one of these, but wanted to check on habitat. My sand bed is caribsea aragonite sand, so fairly coarse, and is about 2” deep across the tank. Would this be suitable or adequate for a YWG?

It should be, I find these guys burrow but don’t make deep burrows under the rocks.

They will be fine and as was said, don't really burrow. They normally live with a shrimp that does all the digging. When there are no shrimp, they live in recesses in the rock and lay their eggs there.





They also change from yellow to brown.
