Yellow watchman goby fancy or cleaner?

Hey friends,

Can you tell me if the yellow watchman goby is considered a fancy goby or a cleaner goby? I have a 20 gallon tank and I want to add another goby maybe a neon or a yellow line but I don't want them to fight. I currently have a pair of clowns, a purple firefish, yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp pair. I'm rehoming my purple dottyback he is no joke and I have a 120 gallon tank on order. I don't know what it's classified as but a yellow watchman will be fine with a neon or yellow line. Not sure if the firefish will be ok with them though...

Our firefish & yellow watchman goby get along fine in a bigger tank anyway
