Yellow Watchman Goby looking really white

So I think I have seen this before with a goby I had years ago but my YWG is turning white. Not sure if its bacteria or fungal or stress.

He has been in the tank 3 years. All params are the same as always

75 Gal tank with a 20 Gal Sump setup about 2 years. He moved from my old tank that I had for 1 year

any thoughts

TO me he doesnt look white. Its hard to see with blue light though?

Any new additions? Any other changes?

Does he look otherwise healthy? (eating/swimming)?

Could he just be getting 'old' (i.e. nearing the end of a normal lifespan)
