I have yellow watchman goby that I got back in September along with a pistol shrimp. It took about two weeks for them to pair up and all was going good. We went on vacation the first weekend of this year and I came back to not being able to find him anymore. About a week later I found him in the return section of the sump. I was able to catch him and returned him back up into the DT but within 5 min he was back in the sump. I have been trying to figure out a way to possible be able to keep that from happening again. I thought about putting a screen on top and over weirs. But not sure how to mount it to it so it doesn't look bad. I'm open to any other suggestions that anyone would have for me. Thanks

I've had the same thing happen. Hadn't seen my ywg in who knows how long. Went to clean the floss out of my filter jug that my drains lead to and there he was (flopping around in my bathtub where I was cleaning the jug  ). Anyways I'd just put him back into the tank, he's gonna learn to stay put eventually (right?)
