Hi, I got a yellow wrasse recently and found out that one of his eye is cloudy (the other eye looks normal). He behaves completely normal, and eats well. Should I be concerned?

Being one eye seems to be a result of an injury. While you can wait a couple of days and see if it heals on its own you will want to get Maracyn AKA maracyn 1 - maracyn0Oxy which is ethromyacin which will treat this if no improvement

It’s been 5 days, and I don’t see obvious improvement. Should I pull the fish out for dosing?

Yes, isolate and treat with maracyn for 5 days. Add oxygen during treatment with an air stone
