I know I talk a lot about zoas but I have not had a zoa thread in a long time. I finally got the little photo frag rack I wanted and here we go.

Some information first:
All photos taken with D3100 with stock lens
All Photos are taken right off the camera, not a touch of editing at all
Yes I have bubble algae and others, yes it is easier to see with a camera lens then with the naked eye so yes I know it is there.
Lighting is 6 bulb T5 3x ati blue plus 2x coral plus and 1x purple bulb

So here is a fun little one that has been brought up before but I have not seen a comparison so here goes:

Some PR zoas from LRO, I have more of these but they did not want to open up for me. We did a lot of tank maintenance last night so I think everything is just settling back down.
These look like bloodshots but are not, my actually bloodshots I got from Fox in person are to the right but did not want to open

I really need to clean these up some more and get a good macro. My whitebalance is set for the display tank which is led so taking pictures under T5s is tough.

if you want to risk it, a 25% hydrogen peroxide/tank water dip for no more tham 5min will kill the algea on the frags but may stress the ZOA out, I've killed many colonies doing this but I think it was because it was longer then 5min.

screw that. i lost over 1,400$ in zoass doing that stupid half salter water and hydrogen proxide. so upset when i did that.

Toothbrush, tweezers and some elbow grease clears it up as well. I actually need to cut and remount some of these as the plugs are just old and covered. I will be firing up the saw pretty soon anyways to finish up my group buy.
