Over the past few years we have raised in the neighbor hood of $20,000 if my calculations are correct on Toys for Kids as well as tragedies that have hit our community. Sadly we have had two members lose young babies to sids that we raised funds for. We actually lost one of our members to a car accident and we helped his family. On another occasion we raised money for a member who's young niece was killed. We also raised money to help offset surgery cost for a 7 year old boy who was paralyzed in a car accident.

Not trying to pat ourselves on the back but I am proud to be a member of such a community.

The actual amount raise may be more than that.
