Yet another algae ID

I thought it might be dino's but it's not stringy!

What is this stuff:

it looks like a sort of bacteria colony to me. Something similar appeared on my system while I was dosing heavily with vinegar. If I`m not mistaken it can be blown with a turkey blaster

Yea most of it will blast away. I've been battling it for a while. Just keeps regrowing. I'm looking to end the battle once and for all
 
Are you carbon dosing? NOPOX/Vinegar/Sugar/vodka etc..... also, post your parameters, especially nutrients.
 
I have this same algae all over my rocks. I have never seen anything like this. Brushes off very easily but comes back quickly. Did you start with dry rock? My rocks were dry rock from Addictive reef keeping. At about 3 months in I had elevated phosphates that I believe were leaching from the rocks. Phosphate has returned to normal but this strange fluffy brown algae is constantly coming back.
