Yet another flow thread...for a frag tank

I am a little stuck on what I should do for my frag tank. It's a 50 lowboy(48x24x10). Mostly zoa and LPS. My first two thoughts were 2x Icecap gyres or 2x mp40's....or should I just do a couple koralia's?

I think the gyre's would move more water but a series of powerheads would also do the trick. I think it comes down to how much you want to spend and which brand you would prefer to work with.
