Hi all,

Well I just got my ICP results from ATI and it shows a few things of concern:

Bromine80.29 mg/l61.14 mg/l+19.15 mg/l
Iodine2543 µg/l59.32 µg/l+2483 µg/l
Nitrate29.24 mg/l2.00 mg/l+27.24 mg/l
Aluminium100.4 µg/l0.09 µg/l+100.3 µg/l

Is aluminum that sky high a concern? I have no idea where it may be coming for other than the Marine Pure Bio Spheres.. I read they may be the culprit.

I think I overdosed iodine by pure ignorance.

Thoughts?

Thank you!

The only result that came back from the RO water was:

Silicon580.0 µg/l0 µg/l+580.0 µg/l

I'm not sure it is sky high. I'd say it is borderline a problem. In my tests, 250 ug/L didn't cause apparent immediate problems, but 500 ug/L did.

The Marine pure might be a main source in your system.

It could also come through contaminants in other items (liquid dosing stuff) possibly though I don't know how much

Thank you, Randy. I’m thinking about yanking them out at this point and replacing with rubble. Any way to get it out of the water?

i only dose Aqua forest 123.. I’ve never had an issue with any of those products. My RO shows zero TDS. I replace the media religiously.
