YIKES ! Is this aptasia ?

I just noticed this in the sand on the bottom of my tank. Is this aptasia? I have no live rock, only marcos dry rock, 2 clown fish, some snails, hermits and a tiger conch.
If this is aptasia, I guess the only way it came in is on the CUC ?

Look like colonial hydroids or cluster feather duster. Hard to tell from the picture.
