Can i use a yoga mat for a mat bettween aquarium n stand?

I looked at yoga mats and sleeping bag mats and was happier with the sleeping bag mat. Found it at WalMart in the Sports Department.


Here's a picture showing it compressed under the tank, and a piece of uncompressed next to it. (Five foot 90 gallon tank)
