My api reef test is:
CA 140
NO3 0
KH 143
PO4 0.5

ID LIKE TO add two clown fish to my 47 gallon tank

Ro water its 47 days cycles with recent water change it had wet 4 inches of old water recycled I have a few hermit crabs and cleaner shrimp

You need to confirm that your ammonia & nitrite are at 0 before adding any fish. A tank your age *should* be cycled, but not necessarily.

Take a bit of water to your local fish store; they should be able to test it for you for free. Unlikely you'll need those kits very often, so probably don't need to purchase...

What salt are you using. Ca at 140 is very low. Testing error possibly?

Hi, does your tank still look like this:
More to go

I suggest just getting a good ammonia, nitrite, nitrate test kit and confirm those numbers. There really shouldn't be any need to be testing for Alk or Cal yet, water changes should keep those where you want them until you add a bunch of coral.

I wouldn't add the clowns until you got that test kit I mentioned and you can confirm ammonia and nitrites are zero. Is the yellow tang you added doing ok?

NOPE MY TANK IS NOW oops

CA 420
nitrate 0
phosphate .5
HK kinda high 196
salinity 1.025

The alk and calcium are OK. Phosphate is high (if accurate), but not going to kill organisms.

Do you have any nutrient export methods in use?
