Just wanted to share my experience. Im a noob for sure, but this morning I decided to change the spectrum on my LEDs, and my you feel yas are opened up and all puffed up best they have been since I got them.. For starters i set my kessils. At 50/50, changed them to 60% spectrum and the u feel yas. Are loving it!!
