I received some amazing corals from Lazy’s Coral House on Thursday after placing the order on Wednesday morning.

This may not be true. Generally we are told between 1-3 days but in reallity we know very little about the virus. Some similar coronavs can live on surfaces for up too 2 years and this strain very well may be capable of the same.

I'm still ok with ordering livestock, but I will open it outside and throw out the packaging. Then wash my hands

Not sure how much of anything is true since it mostly comes from the internet, but from what i have read- the CDC said that the virus lived on the princess ship for 17 days- not sure how much of that was in a transmittable state, but- always good to be cautious. Just like with our food deliveries...everything is brought into the house- taken out of all necessary packaging (which is then taken to the outside garbage. Hands are washed- items taken out of all other packaging- hands are washed.

I'm trying to keep my orders down to what is necessary at this time, since the delivery services and their workers are finding themselves with a surge in demand.

So far I haven't needed to order anything for the aquarium, but if this goes on I plan on only ordering salt, additives, test kits, and equipment to replace what I have when it's out/broken (granted I have an extra pump and heater on hand).

I m not ordering right now because I don’t need anything. But if it comes down to it ... yes I would order on line. My LFS is still open and they also if forced to close will deliver water so I m not worried

I’ve placed two orders from Algae Barn for Biota fish. The first order came through. The second order for one fish was sippy to ship Tuesday... haven’t received it yet. The answer from Algae Barn is they have a glitch in their system for drop shipping from Biota. I had them check and it was on the shipping list. Now what?

I have stopped untill the shelter in place warning are over. If thed economy does not get going soon it may get bad. I hope and pray that does not happen.

Ordered from LA/ORA on Wednesday. Two packages, one from CA and one from FL, both to TX and they arrived this morning on time. Everything looks healthy. I just did the same as others have mentioned and removed from packaging, disposed of it and washed my hands.

I'm also waiting for the panic to die down, lots of folks ordering all kinds of stuff online right now, the Fedex and Ups trucks in my neighborhood are larger than ever before which means lots of items in shipping, which also mean the chances of damaged freight are also up.

I’ve received multiple orders in past week with no worries....just don’t touch your face, dispose of all the packing material, and wash your hands after everything is squared away. People need to calm down and just play it safe with prevention.
These businesses still need the business and what better way to stay put and away from people

We are still ordering & shipping livestock at Aquarium Specialty.

I feel a little irresponsible spending money on fish tank stuff right now. Who REALLY knows how long this nonsense will last and if you run out of money for essentials, you will think back on that fish/gear/coral order and kick yourself.

Just got my Bandit from Tide Pool this morning. I think I was one of his last orders to go out though until this all blows over?

Some of the CA wholesalers are shutting down. I take care of Segrest Farm’s trucks down here, haven’t checked to see if they’re still shipping. But they aren’t letting outside vendors in ATM.

I'm still working but losing customer so I'm holding off
