Youngblood ongoing problem with him

Didn't leave feedback as of yet but I got to say its been a nightmare and he has yet to holdup any agreement hes made regarding our trade arrangement.
This should sum up how its been going.

Shipping -he was suppose to ship express-he shipped priorty so corals were in transit for 3 days.I shipped my package to him with the pre agreed 40 hr heat pack,express arrive by noon the next day.He said everything arrived and looked great ,not to mention I even doubled the polyp counts that I was suppose to send ,sent a 6 eye chalice instead of a 5 eye......Im not sure why but I didnt even get feedback by him.

When I recieved his I immediately notified him they didn't look good were melting down,and I complained about the shipping tactics.Basically they were shipped in a coffee cup with a hand warmer.
No other packing material and the polyp counts were short.

Says one of my chalices melted after I complained about his coral shipping and condition of how they arrived but to this day has never sent any pics at all,whitch is nearing 2 weeks since he got them.

Said he would replace them and not to worry about it.Then says he's outa town and will when he gets back.Hes been back shipped corals to someone else (trade4trades) after our deal was still in play but couldn't find anytime to ship mine,that was a week ago.Finally after a week or so of pm's he says he doesn't have some of these to replace after I told him no more tomarrows.Were working it out today or I want my stuff back and going to the feedback forum.
So on this past thurs he said he would ship tomarrow (Fri) and provide a tracking number ect...
Well its now sunday,no pm's from him,no tracking number and nothing in my mailbox on sat.I 've already went way out of my way to accept frags of things I didnt really want as replacements and this guy seems to still not be able to fulfill any kind of agreement on his end at all.

wow, sounds really bad, I really dont like doing buisness with people I dont know, I just made a deal with a guy on RC and it takes him days to respond to me with when he will ship out, Im nervous about it. This guy Youngblood seems like a real sceamer, sad that people act this way and ruin these great boards

Wow, i think he also has another conflict going on with somebody from one of the local clubs. Anyway i think we should be very careful who we deal with on these forums, because things like these really makes us uncomfortable dealing with even the right people. Anyway R2R is def very respected forum for the hobbyists, but now and then we do encounter these problems just like any other reef forum and we should always be careful and have positive attitude in this hobby. In my experience on R2R good and responsible vendors and individuals are exponentialy higher than the bad ones.

I was trying to work out a trade with him as well. I couldn't get any decent pics and he didn't seem with it so I bailed out of the trade. From the sound of your horror story I made the right choice. Thanks for informing us. If he was a decent human being he would make this right.

Im just curious but, if you dont mind me asking what was the trade he was offering? I'd just like to see if they were the ones he supposedly didnt have anymore of.

One frag he sent was suppose to be 15 polyps he sent 8 and hasn't even bothered to send those that were short on the counts.

Wow that's crazy sorry to here about this nightmare. I have yet to encounter I have some sales I have to make good on but I stay in contact with people and never ignore a complaint if anything I always try to do the right thing as I'm sure many of us do so. I find this 1 of the things I most like about the hobby meaning the standup people from across the country. He has had complaints before on another site and I tried to stay away from judgeing a person but the more I see people postin negative feedbacks the more I realize this guy isn't so cool. Hey Youngblood is you read this post do right by the guy and stay true to your original word

Don't know if this may have something to do with the lack of communication you are experiencing or not, but due to some issues YOUNGBLOOD is no longer a member of this forum. Sorry about that, we were not aware that anyone had any ongoing business with him and we terminated his membership. If you contact Rev via PM he may be able to hook you up with an email address. HTH
