How do you guys get that kind skimmate? I have a aquac 240 on my 105 and cant get it to do much at all.

i dont know. you have a good skimmer so thats not the problem. ounce i dialed min it it has been a beast for like 8 years now. old euroreef before they switched to the thinner plastics. i can park a **** truck on mine lol.

but then again i have a large system with lots of new rock in and out so there is ALOT to skim. most commercial system will pull way more junk then a home system. for example yesterday i shipped out 60 orders and my hands were in and out of the tank all day. today when i get home my skimmer will have went nuts. i will clean it out and wont have to do it again till sunday.
