Your opinion on bio spheres

They are good to have in a system for emergency use.
I don't reccomend them really for small systems mainly based on the detritus factor. Like one large piece of rock , or rubble.
I'm also really not convinced a dozen in a bio cube is that benificial.
I think there are better ways.
