What heaters do you prefer. I am in search of something shorter than the eheim jagers that is realiable and not offbrand chinese. No specific wattage in mind, just need to find some to carry at work.

I like the finnex titaniums without controller.

all I can say is NOT NeoTherm. Besides Eheim Jager I don’t have a recommendation. Have heard good things about BRS titanium heaters, have yet to try them myself.

Cobalt neotherm works without any issues for me. It’s very thin. I have no complaints.

Aqueon pro heaters are pretty good. They’re not super short but shorter than eheims.

I currently have Eheims, but my second choice would be the BRS titanium heater with controller.
