woooow. I am thinking about getting an acan. Is it hardy?

Hardy, yes. But don’t get this confused with Micromussa Lordhowensis; which are often times called Acan’s too. Both are hardy coral though, in my experience and have similar requirements. Just don’t put them near each other as they might get aggressive.

Fish - Percy and Persephone. If everything else in my tank died, I would keep it going for these 2. They are working on another nest here.

Coral - is a tie between my Koji Wada Pink Nepthea...it has almost died twice and I brought it back from just a scrap...

And the tiny guy to the left...a Pink Lemonade Stereonepthea that is SO SLOW to grow but we are making progress!

If I could only keep one thing in my tank, it would be my picasso clowns. They were my dream pair but I could not afford them when I first got into the hobby. So when I finally got a pair a few years in....well I was totally giddy.

Looking at them is like a great memory of how excited I was to get them at a frag swap. It is like they captured my newbie excitement.

It has been at least 6 years now and they spawn all the time! I got to get giddy all over again when they laid their first clutch.

I have fancier fish but their value is sentimental and not replaceable.

These are definitely the sentimental things in my tank.
Space invader that was a birthday gift from my wife. I love that thing.
Purple stylo frag that me and my wife picked out at a local store years ago. It has been grown into a nice size colony a couple times over now. Just started it again from a frag a year ago.
And Jacque our fire shrimp we have had for almost 5 years now.
Pictures would be better but but my lights aren't on full blast right now. Sorry.
