All the yellow I have seen have turned orange with time.Has anyone seen a true yellow that will hold it's color?pics please

The second pic I had posted was like that for over a year until my tank turned into mostly SPS and I wasn't feeding the tank like before. Then things got busy (babies, etc.) and a few months later, I noticed that some of the rics, including my yellows, have completely disappeared. And other were shrinking. The remaining ones have been transferred to a different tank and are now doing fine. My best guess is that they simply starved and withered away :(

I use PS to keep mine yellow, and they stay alive forever.

Nice ricordeas.....I am adding some to my collection here soon hopefully.

That is one big bottom lip there Superman must be heck flying around with that thing flapping in your face.

Beautiful rics guys!! I cannot believe I've only now discovered this thread. I still cannot get over that rainbow ricordea JenDub....that is just gorgeous!!! Like pookstreet, I used to have an immense collection of Florida rics and with neglect lost all but three of them :( Yumas were always unlucky with me until I got this mamma:

She really is that beautiful baby blue and bright orange. She's put out sooo many babies that now I need to thin them out a little and yes Bryan, you'll be getting some of them :p Oh, and I feed them mysis and they eat like pigs!
