Anyone have an idea what these are. Look like tiny bugs crawling around. They are not worms. Move like pods.

Ya maybe flat worms and to me they look redish so prob not good ones.

this is in quarantine, but they are 100% not worms. The photo is from a video I shot but when i upload it, it loses to much quality. In the video you can see them moving around. They run around like pods, like staying still, and then run real quick and stop and so on... I guess its hard to tell from the picture. Also, these are tiny. I don't think you can see them with naked eye, as you can see the mouth of the Yuma in the pic is only a few mm in size. Actual Yuma looks healthy.

Kinda look/sound like red bugs, but they are an acro pest... possible there is an acro near by?

There are acros in same system but they are clean. I'v dealt with red bugs before, i think these are smaller because I have been able to see red bugs with naked eye, these also don't have that red pigmentation. Not sure if that pigmentation appears after being well fed though, so i guess it may be possible.
