These 2 yumas were dime size when I put them in, they’ve gotten much bigger than I thought they would which is great, problem is they are spitting off babies and I don’t want them taking over, what the best way to remove the little ones? Just pull them up?i have a small tank I’m gonna put them in to grow out until I decide what to do with them.

They wont take over nearly as fast as other corals like hairy mushrooms will, so personally I would just leave them in rather than risk killing them by removing until they were bigger. However, if you want to remove then I would do it by using bone cutters to cut off parts of the rock where they are attached. I would advise against "peeling" the yumas off the rocks, as this has a much higher chance of death.
