My tank is only 13.5 gallons next time I buy a fish I will pay much more attention to its health.

Change light bulb once a year. For my UV it’s 20$ for a new light. It’s built specifically for my tank.

What’s cool about Uv is it kills unwanted algae in the water column. Negative about them is they kill coppeopods.

Wow I will definitely look into that, a refugium in my 2nd chamber is another goal.

I would look into it, I do want pods and a refugium, but maybe I would only run it sometimes to keep the pods alive.

UV reduces disease . Free floating algae not like the stuff on the rocks.
