YWG mystery death

I went to do a water change on my 100 gallon tank and lifted up a cave and saw my YWG dead RIPPED APART and the only thing in the tank are a 2 clownfish a peppermint shrimp thx again

Often, carcasses are scavenged as a natural instinct
First is the eyes followed by stomach then gill area
What are your tank levels mainly:
Ammonia- nitrate- ph and salinity ?
