Zeiss 100 mm f 2 macro lens

Hello, I got my first DSLR camera Canon 6D just body. I need some professional advice. Is somebody tried Zeiss 100 mm f2 macro lens for aquarium photography? Witch lens will be the best to get close to the corals, good quality and blur background?. I just check aquarium photography at this forum and members are doing great job, fantastic pictures! I can't wait to learn like this. Any advice will be appreciate. Thanks

Zeiss is the gold standard of lenses. Blur is depth of field manipulation. Check out the DOF thread for more info. Make sure you read other photography forums in macro photography for how to's.
a fixed focal length lens (prime lens) has its limitations and benefits.
