Zenia Crab?

There where two of these crabs on my zenia after I bought it the other day. I rang up the fish shop guy and he said it would be fine. They have smashed my zenia and I am only able to find one of the crabs. Help would be appreciated identifying it

Not sure what they are exactly but I doubt the crabs are doing any real damage to your xenia, your tank is probably to clean for them, it looks really new going by the pictures.. Xenia like lots of nutrients.

My phone didn't take a really good photo but They have cut of parts of my xenia and made it into white stumps do they grow back?

Yes they should.. xenia's are almost indestructible and given the right conditions will reproduce and grow into plague like proportions if not kept in check. I would keep it isolated and know that eventually it will need to come out of your tank.
