I'm moving from Zeovit to Triton and I have a question.

I have my fuge going and placed some cheato in. Should I pull the zeolites and stop the blue bottles cold turkey or transition slowly?

Transition slowly. You don't want to shock the system of an immediate switch. Also with the switch over, make sure you do a series of larger water changes as your levels may fluctuate with removing the zeovit system.

Sorry for the follow up but how do I go slow?

Should I pull half the stones from the reactor? Or dose every other day?

Ill start the water changes today and try to do a decent percent over the next few days.

I would do both, slowly pull the stones and space out your dosing. Otherwise you may get a nitrate spike from the stones being removed all at once.

I believe the transition thread on the Zeovit forum recommends transitioning over 8-12 weeks. Cut your zeolites in half as your refugium comes online, and when its time to change them again, remove them. The dosing you can ramp down over time as well, but keep an eye on your nutrients and refugium, as the algae will tell you if you are still pulling out the nutrients too quickly (in which case, you can remove more zeolites) or if you get a nasty bacterial bloom (cloudy water) you can cut your dosing by more.

Really its going to come down to getting your fuge up and running before you pull the zeo supplements completely.

I personally expect the zeolites aren't doing anything significant that would be missed in a transition.
